About Henry Gorman Henry is primarily a music composer and producer with a great love of books. After spending many fruitful years in New York learning his craft, he shipped to London where he now lives with his wife and children. Being a true blooded Scot and avid reader of Scottish history, Henry got the idea for ‘I smell the blood of an Englishman’ after attending a ‘Burns supper’ in Manhattan. He also loves horror stories. “ I just love the vampire genre and I thought that mixing historical fact with horror fiction set in Edinburgh during the annual cultural festival would provide the groundwork for the story” This is his first novella.
